Beautiful Small Seaview Villa for holiday 

in Plai Laem area

(near Choengmon)

Today I went to see a few villas for holiday let in Plai Laem,  here is one of them...

It's a 3 bedroom villa, consists of 2 buildings -  a bigger one includes kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms (both ensuite),  and second building is a third bedroom, which is ensuite as well. 

There is a pool in front of the villa, a bit small though, more like a jacuzzi size, but still nice place for cooling down and watching sunsets  :-)

I quite liked the decoration of the villa, nothing over the top, but it is still very nice and not too expensive comparing with what you normally pay for a holiday villa here in Samui,  and you still get there everything you need for a comfortable holiday. 

Wi-Fi, water and TV cable are included, you will only have to pay your electric bill at the end of your stay which is calculated from 7 THB per unit. 

Maid comes to clean the villa and change bed linen/towels twice a week.

The price is 25 000 THB per week, or 65 000 THB per month.  Here are the pictures:

 One thing - there is no oven in the kitchen. 

But I am not sure you actually need an oven on your holiday... :-)

They provide kettle, sauce pans, frying pans, cutlery, plates and cups...

- basically everything you need for cooking.

This  coffee table/4 armchairs set is supposed to be outside by the pool - 

they only brought it inside because of the rain...
