(P.S. Not inside Fisherman's Village)

Today I went to see some new houses, to add to our database. I really liked the place, all 6 houses are 2-bedroom, they have a shared swimming pool and next month the landlady is planning to open a Thai cafe there, so customers can eat right there if they don't want to go anywhere and don't fancy cooking either... 

All big supermarkets: Big C, Makro and Tesco are very close by, easy to walk there. 

Bophut beach is only 5 min drive away, but I will not recommend walking to there.

Prices for long term:

    25 000 THB per month (contract longer than 6 months)

28 000 THB per month (contract from 1 to 6 months)

Short term:

        1 week - 14 000 THB  (Low season - 01 May-30 June, 01 Sept. -30 Nov)

      1 week - 17 000 THB  (High season -01 July -31 Aug,  01 Dec- 30 Apr)

        2 weeks - 22 000 THB  (Low season - 01 May-30 June, 01 Sept. -30 Nov)

      2 weeks - 27 000 THB  (High season -01 July -31 Aug,  01 Dec- 30 Apr)

        3 weeks - 27 000 THB  (Low season - 01 May-30 June, 01 Sept. -30 Nov)

All houses are detached  but one of the houses has 2 apartments - 

the owner lives in the upstairs' ones, and downstairs apartment ( pictured below) are for rent. 

The place is very green.

This is a real find for someone on the budget, a small, basic and very cheap 1 bedroom 1 bathroom  houses in Maenam's jungle. The landlord is a great guy and behind the house you have an organic garden - papaya trees, bananas, mangosteens, rambutans... And it's a really quiet place, only birds are around...

Only long term rent, no short term. 

3-6 months  - 8 000 THB per month

            6 months or longer - 7 000 THB per month.
