Houses for rent

I will have to apologise for not writing much today as I was really busy, looking at a few nice houses to add to our database, so in the end I thought I will upload them here in case anyone is looking to rent a place for a holiday. I have to warn you in advance - they are not on the beach, so you will need to rent a bike or car to move around. Having said that, they are still in a good location in Bangrak/Choengmon area, so if anyone is interested - please let me know. 

House 1

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one is ensuite), fully fitted kitchen.

Prices ( longer rent does not include your electric bill, internet and telephone bill) :

Long term rent ( more than 6 months) - 20 000 THB per month.

2-6 months - 25 000 THB per month

1 month - 35 000 THB 

1 day - 2 500 THB

P.S. This first house has just been built, so please excuse the fridge in a box :-)

 

House 2

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen.

Prices ( longer rent does not include your electric bill, internet and telephone bill) :

Long term rent ( more than 6 months) - 16 000 THB per month.

2-6 months - 18 000 THB per month

1 month - 20 000 THB 

1 day - 2 000 THB

House 3

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two are ensuite), fully fitted kitchen.

Prices ( longer rent does not include your electric bill, internet and telephone bill) :

Long term rent ( more than 6 months) - 22 000 THB per month.

2-6 months - 25 000 THB per month

1 month - 40 000 THB 

1 day - 3 000 THB

P.S. This house will only be available after January 2011.

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two are ensuite), fully fitted kitchen.

Long term rent ( more than 6 months) - 22 000 THB per month.

1 month - 40 000 THB 

1 day - 3 000 THB
