Honeymoon hotels (Part 2)
I have to admit I really like two hotels in Choengmon, and I cannot decide which one is my number one. It's Tongsai Bay and Sala Samui.
The Tongsai Bay is a beautiful hotel located in a breathtaking bay. Excellent service and staff are extremely friendly. Hotel has a private beach and swimming pools are also very good.
Breakfast is delicious, served on a beautiful spacious terrace. They also have a wonderful SPA which you must try once.
What I also like about tis place - they really care about enviroment, they don't use harsh chemicals on hotel's territory, only eco-friendly stuff.
All white, classy resort, which consists mainly of private suites each with their own mini pool and outdoor bathroom. The villas are an oasis of peace and tranquility. The beach is great.
As Honeymooners you can be treated to petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne, which is a warm and special welcome to the hotel and a free massage. Lovely place!
2. Beautiful Mid-range
Atlantis resort and Spa
Well...it's not exactly on Choengmon beach, but very close to it. A great hotel for thouse who are looking for a quiet place. The villas are spectacular, the food is pretty good and the staff are friendly. Its own beach is not ideal for swimming as it is rather rocky but the pool is great. Free shuttle service to Chaweng and Choengmon beach.
3.Simple but romantic.
Samui Honey Cottages
It's a nice, small, family owned resort, directly on the beach, their restaurant is one of the best on Choengmon beach, service in resort is very personal and the bungalows are cosy and clean. A bit on expensive side of simplicity though...
